Refund policy

Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, we require results from the assay indicating defects with the product.

To start a refund, you can contact us at aidan@liberumbio.com. You can also contact us for any refund question at aidan@liberumbio.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your data, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get a refund for the item, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Cancellations
Synbio Studio may cancel any order if it determines (in its reasonable discretion) a need to do so for any reason including biosecurity, biosafety, patent infringement, changes in supply, export restrictions and/or feasibility reasons. Any cancellation of an order as described above shall be without penalty or liability to Synbio Studio.
